Processing time for ready to ship item is 3 - 6 business days.
We use UPS services for international shipping and Poste Italiane for domestic orders.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Shipping worldwide. We are unable to ship international orders via FedEx to P.O. Boxes. military addresses (APO, FPO). We will email you the tracking information after the courier service picked it up. For the successful delivery, we ask you to provide us exact and valid shipping address and contact details at the time of your order, including phone number and email address !

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING:
The exact material we used to create each product is included in the listing desctiption. Please read the description fully before placing an order. La Bottega di Pan is not liable if you order the wrong item.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours following your purchase to get a full refund. Once the parcel is shipped we can not change the shipping address or cancel the order until the order is returned to us. The return of any order is the buyer's responsibility.
If the item was damaged during shipping please contact us with photos of the package and item. We will need the documentation in order to file a complaint with the shipping provider in order to get a refund. Leafling is not liable if you ordered the wrong item.
